Oh what a hot book this is! Ms. Hunter has a knack for telling terrific BDSM stories and she definitely does not disappoint with this one. The sex is hot, but the hero is even hotter. He made me want to fan myself and drink ice water. If you are looking for a good way to warm up a cold winter's night, you cannot go wrong with this heated tale of love and bondage.

A Devil in Winter is one hot little love story!...Diana Hunter ratcheted up the heat through the entire book and the culmination was definitely worth the wait. The visuals she created with words were wonderful. You could see the contrasts and feel the pressure. I'd say more, but you need to read to believe it. ...I suggest this to be read on a nice, cold winter night when you need to warm up!

Diana Hunter's A Devil in Winter is the second book in the Winter Studs series. This book is full of fun characters that readers will adore. Kevin is a hunky bad boy with a reputation amongst the ladies. He's so dejected over spending the holidays alone that it makes the reader want to find him and bring him home (maybe even keep him). I love that Pam used him for sex, somehow that just seems like poetic justice for a man who's used to everything falling right into place including the women in his life. I absolutely love Anna. She's lived in her beautiful sister's shadow her whole life and isn't afraid to use a little blackmail to her advantage where Kevin's concerned.
This story is beautifully written and compliments the other two books in this series perfectly - Ruth D. Kerce's One Naughty Winter Night and Ruby Storm's Winter's Rose (which is also now available).

Ms. Hunter's story of a sexy devil who plays a woman's body better than Santana plays the guitar is just what cold winter weather called for. Using heat and the thrill of rope play to her advantage Ms. Hunter's story of an unexpected coming together of two individuals open for love at Christmas was entertaining and rather funny at times. Kevin's mishaps that lead him to his ex's sister just made this story so much more enjoyable. A great story for anyone who likes a little laughter with their floggers, whips and silk scarves.

A Devil in Winter caught my attention early on with its blurb. I loved the storyline but found myself not liking Kevin very much because he came across as being a bit fickle. I fully understood his dilemma and dream of having someone, but I am not sure I agree with how he went about obtaining his ideal. Especially since he seems to settle for Anna while she was devastatingly in love with him. I can happily report that by the end of A Devil in Winter, I was convinced of Kevin's feelings for Anna and for that, he was redeemed in my eyes. Diana Hunter has penned a lively romp of a book with A Devil in Winter that I am convinced readers will enjoy.
