Make sure you have the time when you sit down to read this book as you will want to do so in one sitting. I read Kara's Captain straight through and was hooked from the first page through to the last. The characters are very well written and the relationships portrayed are very true to life. The plot of this book is a very interesting spin on the cursed man finally meets the woman that can save him storyline. The sexual chemistry that ignites between Kara and her Captain could melt the polar ice cap. Once again Diana Hunter has created a fun, interesting book with strong characters that jump off the pages at you, a mysterious plot, and hot sexual scenes. I really enjoyed that Kara had a wonderful grasp on her sexuality knowing what she wanted and not being afraid to ask for it or admit when what she had was not fulfilling. I recommend this book to anyone who likes a little BDSM with their mysterious fantasy books.

Wow, what an amazingly unique and refreshing tale this is! When I began reading Kara's Captain, I had no idea what sort of journey I was about to embark on. Ms. Hunter's characterization of Kara and Robert left me totally in awe of her talent. The hot sex scenes helped to enhance what was already an awesome story. If you are looking for a sensational paranormal tale with which to spend many an enjoyable reading hour, then pick up this book as soon as possible.

I really enjoyed this story, which has a warm, likeable heroine, a great premise, and a really fascinating male protagonist. I recommend this one to lovers of the paranormal and all readers who enjoy a heart-warming, suspenseful romance. Diana Hunter just became one of my Look-For authors!
